Blacklist Policy

At Kratos Events, we strive to create safe, enjoyable, and professional experiences for all attendees. To maintain our standards, we reserve the right to deny services or event entry to individuals or organizations who violate our policies.

1. Grounds for Blacklisting
An individual, group, or organization may be blacklisted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Failure to comply with event rules, venue policies, or staff instructions.
Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior at an event.
Harassment, discrimination, or violence toward staff, performers, or other attendees.
Fraudulent activity such as chargebacks, false bookings, or misrepresentation.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows that disrupt operations.
Damage to property or equipment at events.

2. Consequences of Blacklisting
Blacklisted individuals or groups may be permanently denied entry to all future Kratos Events.
Their names, contact details, and booking history may be recorded in an internal database.
Payments made for future bookings may be forfeited if blacklisting is due to misconduct.

3. Appeals
If you believe you were wrongfully blacklisted, you may submit an appeal to Kratos Events by email.
Appeals must include your full name, event details, and a clear explanation.
Kratos Events reserves the sole right to review appeals and determine whether reinstatement is granted.

4. No Tolerance Policy
Kratos Events maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, harassment, or behavior that endangers others. Such actions result in immediate and permanent blacklisting without refund.
