1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only available for bookings canceled within the timeframes outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

• Refunds apply only to payments made directly to Kratos Events. Tickets purchased through third-party vendors are subject to their policies.

• Service fees, processing fees, and customized add-ons are non-refundable.

 

2. Method of Refund

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 7–14 business days).

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe.

• Failure to attend an event (“no-show”).

• Situations outside the control of Kratos Events (see Force Majeure).
