Cancellation Policy

At Kratos Events, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled.

1. Client Cancellations
7+ Days Before Event: Eligible for a full refund.
3–6 Days Before Event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Event: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows: No refund will be provided.

2. Organizer Cancellations (Kratos Events)
If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety issues, venue problems, or force majeure):
Clients will be notified promptly.
Clients will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled or future event.

3. Force Majeure
Kratos Events is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
