Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending any event organized by Kratos Events (“Organizer”), you (“Attendee”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Kratos Events may involve risks, including but not limited to:
Physical activity such as dancing, swimming, or other recreational activities.
Exposure to loud music, lighting effects, or crowded environments.
Risks of slips, falls, injuries, or accidents.
By entering the event, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.
 

2. Release of Liability
You release, waive, and discharge Kratos Events, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liability for:
Personal injury, illness, or death.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
Any other damages arising from participation in the event.
This release applies except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Kratos Events.
 

3. Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, you authorize Kratos Events to provide or arrange necessary medical treatment. You accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
 

4. Conduct & Compliance
By attending, you agree to:
Follow all event rules, venue regulations, and staff instructions.
Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Kratos Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate these terms without refund.
 

5. Media Release
By entering the event, you grant Kratos Events permission to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without further consent or compensation.
 

6. Governing Law
This Waiver is governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes will be handled in Egyptian courts.
 

By attending any Kratos Events function, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
